Board Members

  • Jennifer Anderson Board Member At Large

    In addition to being a soccer mom, Jennifer serves as both Club Equipment Manager and as a Board Member at Large. 


  • David Dejewski President

    David is a former federal management GS-15-343 turned commercial real estate investment banker. A military veteran, Boy Scout leader, business owner, and President and Chairman of the Board, he brings an emphasis on character and life lessons that can be useful beyond the youth experience.

    He started coaching soccer for DSC in 2010 from a lawn chair on the sidelines as a way to help the head coach of his kid's team to keep time. His daughter Maddi (18) and son Connor (16) are both life-long soccer players, played with DSC since 2009, and have played on the boys and girls varsity teams for Clarksburg HS.

    David holds coaching credentials from United Soccer Coaches (USC), USSF, and the National Federation of High School Coaches (NFHS) in soccer, futsal, and swimming. He is also certified in nonprofit board education from CNBE.

     


  • John Herrmann, Esq Treasurer

    John is a long time member of the club and a practicing attorney since 1992. He coached several seasons and has served on the board for several years. His son plays for the Club in the high school age braket. He holds his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from the University of Illinois.responsible for Novavax’s legal affairs including its patent portfolio, transactional matters, and public securities filings, as well as attending to all the duties of corporate secretary.


  • Stephanie Mahr Registrar

    Steff Mahr is a stay at home mom to three kids who all play in the Damascus Soccer Club. She has a passion for families, sports, and building the next generation. Her family has participated in DSC for

    many seasons and she loves to help families stay connected and thrive in this community. Find her on the field and say hi. She’ll likely be cheering on her kids between walking too fast and sneaking sips of a large coffee.
